Extreme Fire Protection, Inc. is a licensed
fire sprinkler contractor specializing in the engineering and
installation of residential fire sprinkler systems in single
family homes, duplexes, apartments and condominiums. From engineering
to final fire sprinkler inspection we believe in conscientious,
quality, on-time performance and would appreciate the opportunity

Both our design and installation have been used by these same
jurisdictions as an example of the correct way to do the job.

for over 17 years. This team includes our President, Kris
Brandini; our lead engineer, Tim
Roach; our new project and sales representative Todd Jenkins;
our field superintendent, Jose Salazar; and our office manager,
Margaret Phipps.
With over 17 years experience, Extreme Fire Protection, Inc.
provides "turnkey" capability, including full in-house
engineering, quality installations, project supervision and
consultant services. We have installed fire sprinkler systems
in high end custom homes, large tracts and condominium projects
throughout Ventura County, Oxnard, San Buenaventura, Los Angeles
and Glendale.
We would also like to introduce our new wildfire protection
service, Fire Break Protection Systems, Inc., offering exterior
pre-treatments and fully automatic spray systems. Both the pre-treatments
and the automated systems use Phos-Chek, a long term fire retardant,
to spray your brush cleared areas (brush clearance mandated
per local Fire Department requirements). This product gives
you an additional Fire Break to keep the fire away from your
property; it can help prevent sparks from a fire from igniting
surrounding brush or your roof. The automatic spray system can
be activated via remote control thus protecting your home and
property even if you’re out of town. It’s amazing.
